Poor network and pathetic customer care of AlphaTel


I am a very dissatisfied and disgusted customer of AlphaTel and I want to bring to your notice the pathetic service that they are providing to their mobile customers. I have 2 post-paid mobile nos. on my name for last 4-5 years. I have been chasing them for 2 issues -

1. Correction of billing address: In March 2011, I submitted my new residential address details to AlphaTel Outlet at Jagat Farms, Greater Noida. Since then I have been chasing AlphaTel customer care from bottom to top and even after 7 months my request is still unresolved. Every month bill is sent to my old address. Although, my new address has been updated in their records, but God knows what is the problem in selecting it as my billing address. Same problem lies with both the accounts.

2. Poor network connectivity and roaming in home network: I live in AWHO, Greater Noida and AlphaTel's network is the poorest in this region. Moreover, there is a peculiar problem of receiving SMS from AlphaTel which welcomes me to either Haryana, UP-West or UP-East. After this all incoming/outgoing calls are treated as roaming. I usually restart my phone after I receive this SMS.
Despite innumerable requests and complains AlphaTel Customer Care has not resolved my problems. In fact all the AlphaTel users in my neighborhood complains of the same network problem.
I am reporting these issues to after remaining hopeless of any resolution from AlphaTel.
